"SO WHAT IS VINICULTURE?"
OVA defines "Viniculture" as the growing and/or making of wine. Think of this as something like the French concept of "Terroir" except that OVA sees Viniculture as everything that affects the wine from the point of planning a wine/winery to the actual selling of the wine.
